To recall a sent message, click
the message name to display it. Then, click Recall
Message. The message is no longer available for viewing
in Patient Gateway.
To print a PG broadcast message
(as well as details for the message, such as Subject and About),
click the message name to display it. Then, click Print.
Note: Sent messages remain in the practice's
Outbox indefinitely. However, you can delete messages to move them
to the practice's Deleted folder.
