Displays inactive (discontinued) medications for the selected patient. Use the scroll arrow, if necessary, to display all medications.
To activate any medication, click the medication name. The LMR displays all previously entered values. Review and update information, and click Activate. Click Sign (F10) to sign and save your updates.
To add an inactive problem, click Add New Inactive. Then, type the first few letters of the problem name, click Lookup, and select the problem. Complete fields, click Ok, and Sign.
