The Order view allows you to view and modify current orders for a patient.
1. If you haven’t already, select a patient and go to the EOV encounter view.
2. Click Order view at the top of the screen. The patient’s current and future orders from your practice display.
Note: To view orders from all practices, click All. You can only add, delete, and reconcile orders for your current practice.
3. Do any of the following:
To modify the date range, change or select a date in the date fields in upper left of the screen.
To add a new order, click Add New. For details see Adding an Encounter.
To delete an order, select the order and click Delete. To save your changes, click Sign(F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
To edit header information for an order, select the order and click Header. For details see Completing and Updating the EOV Header.
To reconcile orders with results, click Reconcile. For details, see Reconciling Orders with Results.
To return to the Encounter view, click the associated button at the top of the screen.
