1. If you haven't already, go to the Fam/Soc History module, using one of the following options:
Click Fam/Soc History from the Patient Chart menu.
Click the Family History label on the Summary screen.
Click Switch to Fam Hx on the Problems module.
2. Click the name of the item to display all current information.
3. Click Remove this problem (ALT+R). The LMR display a verification message indicating that family history information will be removed from all relatives.
4. Click OK (ALT+O).
5. If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
6. Depending on your set up, you may be prompted to select a cosigner or sign for a provider. See Selecting a Cosigner and Signing and Saving for a Provider.
