Note: For multi-vaccine products, deleting any one of the vaccines also deletes all related vaccines. For example, if you delete a dose of hepatitis A given via Twinrix, the associated dose of hepatitis B is also deleted.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Immunizations module.
Important: The LMR now checks to be sure you are logged into the correct location before allowing access to the New Entry or View/Edit screen for an immunization. You can no longer be logged in at the practice level if any subsets for that practice are live with MIIS (Mass Immunization Information System).
2. Click the cell in the immunization grid associated with the immunization and dose you want to delete. The LMR displays a pop-up window with current information for that immunization.
3. Click Delete.
4. If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
Note: To display deleted immunizations, click the Deleted link at the top of the screen.
