1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Queries module.
2. If necessary, use the filter buttons to locate the custom query you want to use for your new custom query. See Using Custom Filters for details.
3. Click the custom query you want to use for your new custom query.
4. Update the Return option at the top of the screen, if desired.
5. Update the criteria for Problems, Medications, Allergies, Immunizations, Health Monitoring, Physical Findings, Infusion Flowsheet, BMT Flowsheet, or TNM Flowsheet as desired. To add entries, click a heading, lookup (if applicable), and make your selection. To delete a previous entry, click the Delete check box.
6. Click Save.
7. Type a name for your custom query. Then, select whether you want to save your query to your personal list ( My List) or make it available to others within your currently selected practice ( Practice or Practice General). If desired, click Save to Modules.
8. Click Save As New.
