Changing Problems to Procedures (and Vice Versa)

Use the following procedure to move items from the Problems list to the Procedures list or items from the Procedures list to the Problems list.

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Problems module. If necessary, click Procedures to display the current list.

2.   Click the entry you want to move to display details.

3.   Click either Move to Procedure List or Move to Problem List, as appropriate. The LMR displays a verification message.

4.   Click Ok.

5.   If you want to sign your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.

6.   Depending on your set up, you may be prompted to select a cosigner or sign for a provider. See Selecting a Cosigner and Signing and Saving for a Provider.
