1. If you haven't already, go to the Medications module and click Active Non-Meds.
2. Type at least three letters of the nonmedication name in the text box, and click Add New (or press ENTER).

3. Click the nonmedication therapy you want to add.
4. Complete the remainder of the form, as desired, including Form, Size, Quantity, PRN, Start Date, End Date, Refills, Duration, and Special Instructions. Other options include Rx Print/Fax, Expire, and Patient Educated. Use Comments if you wish to enter information that would not be printed on a prescription.
5. Click Ok or Ok-Add New.
6. If you want to save and sign your work now, click Ok & Sign. The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved, and allows you to print or fax prescriptions, if applicable. Type your key and click Sign.
7. Depending on your set up, you may be prompted to select a cosigner, sign for a provider, or both. See Selecting a Cosigner and Signing and Saving for a Provider.
