Report - System and SFA Admin Activity  

The System and SFA Admin Activity report is used to display a history of the actions of people with access to the PAS System and SFA admin option, over a selected time period.

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Hold the mouse pointer over the Admin Reports option, and then click the System and SFA Admin Activity option.
  1. Click to uncheck the All Accounts box.
  2. Click the link to Select an Account.
  3. Look up the account.
  1. Click to uncheck the All Systems and SFAs box.
  2. Click to select an event from the drop-down list: By System or By SFA.
  3. Click the link to Select and then look up the system or SFA.
  1. Click the Output Results button, or click the Actions menu and then click the Output Results option.
  2. By default, the field delimiter is a Tab character. When prompted, to change the delimiter, select a different option from the drop-down list. Click the OK button to continue.
  3. When prompted, navigate to the storage area for the new txt file, and type a File name.
  4. Click the Save button.
  5. Click the OK button to acknowledge the message when the report output is complete to the selected file area.
