View PPD Information

The PPD is the Phone & Paging Directory, which has grown to include all of the user's contact numbers (office, mobile, pager), email distribution list memberships, institution, department, job title, and email address.

• To view to PPD entry for a user account:

1. Select the account.
2. Click the Account menu.
3. Click the View PPD Information option. This opens the PPD with the current user already selected.
