Transfer Full Account From Production
PAS includes a function to copy all account information and system and SFA authorizations from the production data platform to either the development or QA data platform. This replicates the account on the selected platform, and grants the account access to systems and SFAs for pre-production testing.
- Transferring full accounts is not available unless at least one of the following conditions are met:
- The logged in user has the PHSPAS - C authorization.

The account to be transferred matches the logged in user. PAS users are allowed to transfer their own accounts.

The account to be transferred does not exist or is inactive on the target platform (QA/Dev).
- To transfer the selected account:
- Select the account.
- Click the Account menu, then hold the mouse pointer over the Transfer Account from Production option.
- Click the option to select the platform to transfer the data to: Development or QA.
- When prompted, click the Yes button to confirm the transfer as described in the message.
- Please wait, the process can take time for accounts having numerous systems and SFAs. If the transfer is not complete after one (1) minute, when prompted, click the Yes button to continue, or the No button to quit.
- If the account transfer is denied, a message - the transfer is not allowed and listing alternatives - displays.
