View Pre-Admission/NICO Orders

• If you haven't already:

1. Select a patient.

2. Open the pre-admission/NICO orders session list by one of the following:

• If the Order Status does not include Pre-Admit or NICO, click Chemo Options (ALT+M), then Edit/View Inactive (ALT+V).

• If the orders are due (Order Status = NICO or Pre-Admit), click  Activate (ALT+A). If prompted, select Pre-admit/NICO Session, then click OK (ALT+O).

• Open the pre-admit/NICO orders list:

3. Select a session from the list.

4. Click View (ALT+V).

• For chemotherapy, to access the LMR Oncology Infusion Flowsheet:

• Click Infusion Flowsheet (ALT+F).

• Toggle between Order Entry (Orders) and the LMR by clicking the buttons in the CAS.

• To open KnowledgeLink:

• Click .

• Click Exit (ALT+E) to close KnowledgeLink.

• Click Pop Out (ALT+P) to open KnowledgeLink in a separate window from the CAS.

• Toggle between Order Entry and KnowledgeLink by clicking the icons in the taskbar.

• Click to close the KnowledgeLink window.

• To display details of an order:

• Click to select the order.

• Click Zoom (ALT+Z).

• To return to the orders list, click Close (ALT+C).

• To return to the patient list:

5. Click Cancel (ALT+C).

6. Click Close (ALT+C).

7. If you opened the session list from Special Orders, click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B).
