Print Pre-Admit/ NICO Orders Before Activation

• If you haven't already, open the pre-admission/NICO orders session list:

1. Select a patient.

2. Open the pre-admission/NICO orders session list by one of the following:

• If the Order Status does not include NICO, click Chemo Options (ALT+M), then Edit/View Inactive (ALT+V).

• If the orders are due (Order Status = NICO), click  Activate (ALT+A). If prompted, select Pre-admit/NICO Session, then click OK (ALT+O).

• Generate a paper copy of the orders:

3. Select a session from the list.

4. Click Print (ALT+P).

5. When prompted, click to select an option:

• An official paper copy for the medical record

• A copy for confidential clinical use

6. Click OK (ALT+O).

• To return to the patient list:

7. Click Close (ALT+C).

8. If you opened the session list from Special Orders, click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B).
