Order a Nutrition Consult

• If you haven't already:

1. Select a patient.

2. Click Write (ALT+W).

3. Enter the Expected Visit date and click OK (ALT+O).

4. Click to select  the visit location and click OK (ALT+O).

5. Click Nutrition Consults (ALT+O).

• Complete the Consult form

6. Type a brief patient history and list any questions to be answered by the consult.

7. Click OK (ALT+O).

• Write additional orders as needed, then sign the session.
