Indicate Reasons to Call Provider—Vitals

• If you haven't already:

1. Select the patient.

2. Click Write (ALT+W).

3. Click VS/Monitoring/Restraints/Code Status (ALT+V).

4. Click Call Provider For (ALT+S).

• Complete the form

5. Type at least one value for the appropriate conditions. If Other, type a description.

6. Type instructions as needed.

7. Click OK (ALT+O).

The start time for this order is based on the time it is signed.

• Write additional orders as needed, then sign the session.
