What's New with Order Entry and eMAR at MGH?

 

June 1, 2011 -- Start Times for Medication Orders

Selecting the Routine option for starting medication orders with the frequencies listed below will determine the time of the first dose based on the time the order is written, the frequency, and the MGH pharmacy 50% rule for Standard Medication Administration Time (SMAT).

  • QID

  • BID

  • TID

  • PC

  • PC + HS

  • QID (AC + HS)

  • QD
