If you haven't already:
If the orders are due (Order Status = NICO or Pre-Admit for today's date), click Activate (ALT+C). If prompted, select Pre-Admit/NICO Session, then click OK (ALT+O).
If the Order Status does not include NICO or Pre-Admit, click Chemo Options (ALT+M), then Edit/View Inactive (ALT+V).
Click to select the line for the session, then click Change Date/Cycle (ALT+H).
Change the date or cycle/week information as needed:
For the Cycle/Week number, type the new number.
For the Visit Date (pre-admission date of admission or ambulatory visit date) or Treatment Date (date that a seven-day period of treatment begins), enter the revised date.
For Day 1/Day 0 (date from which the scheduled administration days, numbered consecutively each day forward from that, are counted), enter the revised date. This option is only available for the session that includes the Day 1 date. Change the Visit Date to match.
Click OK (ALT+O).
For changes to the Day 1 date, if the dates for Day 1 and the Visit Date do not match, click OK (ALT+O) when prompted to set the change for both dates.
At the Change All Dates prompt for ambulatory or new inpatient chemo order (NICO) sessions only:
This prompt does not appear for the session that includes Day 1/Day0, or when the first session of the treatment has not been activated.
Click Yes (ALT+Y) to offset all of the dates for that treatment by the same number of days as the change you just made.
Click No (ALT+N) to change only the visit date or Day 1 date (days 2, 3, and so on will retain their original dating).
At the Change All Dates notification for pre-admission sessions only, click OK (ALT+O) to acknowledge that all of the dates for that treatment will be offset by the same number of days as the change you just made. This prompt does not appear for the session that includes Day 1/Day0, or when the first session of the treatment has not been activated.
Sign the changes:
Type your Partners signing key when prompted.
Click OK (ALT+O).
If you changed the cycle/week number to one that's already been written, the Confirm Cycle/Week Number message comes up.
Click Correct (ALT+O) to keep the number you entered, although it is a duplicate. In this case, the original cycle/week carrying that number is not affected.
Click Incorrect (ALT+C) to return and enter a different cycle/week number. Click OK (ALT+O) to sign off again.
