Copy a Previous Desensitization Worksheet

1. If you haven't already:

1.  Select the patient.

2. Click Desensitize Medication (ALT+Z).

3. Click to select an order.

4. Click Desensitization Worksheet (ALT+W).

5. Click Previous (active only if worksheet is available).

2. Click its Zoom link to display the worksheet from a particular visit. Click Close to return to the worksheets list.

3. Click Copy to use the previous worksheet for the current treatment. If you do not want the previous worksheet, click Close.
