Determining the best-fit archiving solution

  1. Download a copy, complete, and submit the Archiving Considerations form.
  2. The Archiving Advisory team will review your information and consider which of the available Mass General Brigham options fit your legacy system, quantity of data, size of documents, site budget, and other considerations.
  3. If needed, the Archiving Workgroup will review your information, advise you of the available options, and provide cost expectations.
  4. If you decide that the recommended application is not a good fit, the Archiving Workgroup will escalate the review to the Archiving Steering Committee. Steering meets infrequently; if your archiving needs are time sensitive, they will resolve the question via email if needed.
  5. Once a system is selected, the Advisory Team will add your project to the archiving inventory, and provide guidance on oversight and site resource requirements.
