Complete & submit the archiving form
The questionnaire is an Adobe PDF form, which can be completed and submitted
entirely on line.
- Critical information includes contacts for your site, the data
size (approximate gigabytes or terabytes) and monthly or annual cost
of the current legacy application, the type of data to be archived,
and what level of access to the archived information is needed for
the retention period.
- To complete and submit the questionnaire:

- Complete each section with as much information as possible.
- Click
to save
the completed file for your records.
- Click the Submit button at the end of the form.
- If prompted, click to select the email application to use, and
then click the Continue button.
- The email opens, with the completed form attached. Send the message
as addressed.
