The Notes Filter/Sort View contains an index of documents filed in the LMR and Document Repository such as notes, letters, and consents as well as a limited set of miscellaneous reports for a patient.
Note: By default, this view does not include administrative documents such as internal CCDAs. To include these documents, click the Admin CCDAs check box. When available, external CCDAs (and those from Epic) are displayed by default.
This view allows you to sort, filter, and search for documents based on index data. Items are displayed within a default or user-defined time frame. The count and date range of the items are included at the bottom of the index. Once an index item is selected, the associated text, scanned, or PDF document displays below.
To adjust the size of the index and document viewing area, place the mouse pointer on the border between the index pane and the detail pane. A double-headed arrow displays. Click and drag to adjust the sizing.
Hold the mouse pointer over an index item to display a tooltip with the full text of the index column.
A blank space in the index indicates data for that field was not entered by the author or source system. Accuracy of index information is dependent on the source of data.
