1. If you haven't already, select:
The patient (or patient list) with which you want to work.
The Report Mgmt tab (ALT+E).
The appropriate site option at the bottom of the tab.
2. In the upper pane, make sure that a checkmark appears to the left of each patient you want to include in the report. You can use the Select All and Clear All buttons to add or remove checkmarks for all patients in the list.
3. From the drop-down list in the upper right corner, select the type of note for which you want to print the report.
4. To see what the printed report will look like, click Print Preview.
Note: If you have unsaved changes in the Edit Area, Print Preview and Print are not available.
You can use buttons at the top of the preview window to navigate between pages, change the size of the image, or print one or more paper copies.
To close the preview window, click the Close (X) button in the upper right corner.
5. Click Print.
