1. If you haven't already, select:
The patient (or patient list) with which you want to work and
The Report Mgmt tab (ALT+E).
2. If more than one patient name appears in the upper pane, click the name of the patient for whom you want to view or enter the note.
Caution: Make sure the patient name is highlighted.
3. From the drop-down list in the upper right corner, select the type of note you want to enter.
The Edit Area displays the most recently saved note of that type (if any) for the highlighted patient.
4. Click within the Edit Area; then enter or edit text as needed.
Note:
If you want to erase the previously entered note, click Clear.
If you want to restore the note to its previously saved state, click Reset.
5. When the note is complete, click Save.
Note: The system saves only the current version of the note. Earlier versions are not saved.
