Verify a Default Template
- There are two builder/archives for each lab site, one for oncology and
the other for non-oncology. Check the top of the view to determine which
you have open.
- Default templates are built to be copied when building or editing
a protocol or treatment plan. The defaults are grouped by plan number
and named as applicable: for example, Adult Defaults for Protocols.
- Default templates must be verified before they can be used to build
a protocol or treatment plan.
- Default templates that are available for copying are flagged as
VERIFIED.
- Delete a verified template if it should not be used. Make a copy
and save without verifying to have version for editing and possible
future use.
- Templates are associated with product cell types in protocols and

- Select the template to verify:
- To make a template available to use in the builder:
- Click Verify.
- When prompted, type your , and then click Ok.
- For DFCI only, if the template is not assigned to at least one
(1) functional group, you'll be prompted to decide whether a functional
group is needed.
