Copy and Paste Free-Text from a Template

One or more templates can be associated to each product cell type used in a protocol or treatment plan. See Overview of the Protocol & Treatment Plan Builder/Editor.

Templates that are available through Biotherapy Order Entry (BOE) are flagged as ACTIVATED.
If the template is not ACTIVATED, you can select the template or any of the order options or parameters.

If you haven't already, access the builder.
1. Log on to Biotherapy Tools.
2. Hold the mouse pointer over the Protocol/Treatment Plan tab.
3. Mouse over to the specialty you want, Oncology or Non-Oncology, and then click the Builder/Editor option.
Find and select the template:

1. Click the Protocols or Treatment Plans heading to display the available protocols or treatment plans.
2. Click the protocol or treatment plan name to select it and display its product cell types.
1. Click name of the product cell type to display all associated templates.
2. Click to select the template. Selected items are displayed in red.
Find an active Template in the Template Index
Search by name of the protocol, treatment plan, or template
Find the template:
1. Click the type of template you're looking for in the builder tree: Protocols, Treatment Plans, or Default Groups.
2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Find by type of template or Template Name (where type of template is Protocol, Treatment Plan, or Default Group).
3. In the Search Criteria pane, click to select an option: Search type of template or Search by Template Name.
4. Type the text to search for. Capitalization does not matter. The search looks for the exact sequence anywhere in the name of the protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template (depending on your selection in step 1).
5. Click Find.
Go to the template in the builder:
1. Click to select the line for a template in the list.
2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Go to this item.

To view the content of a template, click its name in the index. All features of the template view are available: see Viewing and Printing a Template.
Click and drag to select the text you want.
Right-click the selected text, and then click Copy on the popup menu.
To return to the Template Index, click Close.
To return to the builder, click Close on the Template Index.
If needed, select the template and go to the free-text field you want.
Right-click to place the cursor in the free-text field, and then click Paste on the popup menu.
