Find a Template in the Builder Template Index
- Log on to Biotherapy Tools.
- Hold the mouse pointer over the Protocol/Treatment
Plan tab.
- Mouse over to the specialty you want,
Oncology or Non-Oncology, and then click the Builder/Editor option.
- Click Template Index. The
option is available any time you're in the builder, and opens in a
pop-up display.
- To display templates in the list:
- Click Expand All Categories
for all templates.
- Click
for a category.
- The index lists templates that are active or pending activation,
categorized under Protocols, Treatments Plans, and Default Groups.
The templates are sorted within the groups by category number/name,
then by cell type in alphabetical order, and then by template name.
- To copy free-text from one template and paste into another:
- To view the content of a template, click its name in the index.
All features of the template view are available: see Viewing
and Printing a Template.
- Click and drag to select the text you want.
- Right-click the selected text, and then click Copy on the popup
menu.
- To return to the Template Index, click Close.
- To return to the builder, click Close
on the Template Index.
- If needed, select the template and go to the free-text field you
want.
- Right-click to place the cursor in the free-text field, and then
click Paste on the popup menu.
