Click ⋮ in the upper right of the provider item, and then click the Accept Offer option.
The popup to accept the offer automatically includes an appropriate message. Type to add to or edit the message.
To flag the message as requiring immediate action, click to turn the Priority switch on: .
Click send.
Each message is added to the applicable single-provider list and the Communicate message list. Messaging a provider automatically marks all messages from that provider as read .
The referral is flagged as Confirmed. If all of the needs for the case have a Confirmed referral, the status of the case is also Confirmed.
If any of the needs for the case is not finalized and doesn't have a Confirmed referral, the
status of the case may be In Process or Awaiting to Confirm.
You can only confirm one (1) referral for a need. To confirm a different Offered referral, you must
retract the one that's confirmed.
