Medication names now include
the icon to the left of medication names
on the Reconcile page. Click this link to display additional
information about the medication.
The patient’s phone number is now included on all copies of prescriptions (printed or faxed). Additionally, in cases where there is a supervising MD identified, that provider’s name and DEA and NPI numbers are also included.
A new column is added in the Rx History view to indicate if an update was entered with the Rx button enabled (for a prescription).
A tool tip has been added to the Add screen to clarify options for Rx/no Rx button. The tool tip displays “Rx – Click Rx to e-Prescribe or print the medication. No Rx – Click No Rx if you are entering the medication for update purposes, such as if another physician has prescribed it or to maintain on active med list.”
The entry “None” is now added to a patient’s medication list automatically when all active medications expire. Doing so allows the Reconcile button to continue to be active. Previously, you needed to manually add “None” in order to reconcile the patient’s list.
To reduce the use of free-text medication entries, the search logic no longer includes the free text option when the search results include a coded medication.
Pop-up windows for drug utilization alerts include reworded text.
The Consolidated Medications List Viewer (CMLV) link has been updated to include an option to display inactive medications (View Inactive LMR/OnCall). Also, names for LMR medications now display as a link to display the history for that medication.
The integration between Referral Management and the Notes module has been enhanced. You now have access to the full Referral Management module from any note, allowing you to create a referral transaction when documenting a patient encounter.
The integration between Care Plan module and the Notes module has been enhanced. Fields added to the Care Plan module with the last release can now be imported into Notes.
Orders added to a note (via the EOV module) now include the date and frequency after the order name.
The list of messages now includes a column for High Priority (!). Clicking this column header allows you to sort the list by messages marked as high priority.

messages now breaks down the
count of messages with totals for the number of high priority
messages vs the number of non-high priority messages. (High
priority messages are shown first.)
When saving message as a note (by clicking Save as Note), the saved text includes the message header (including From, To, Date, Subject, Patient, and so on). Previously, only the text of the message was saved.
When you are selecting a specialist, the LMR now displays more complete information for the site associated with your search criteria. Information is now displayed from the CPM.
You can now close multiple referrals can at the same time. For details, click here.
You can now filter referrals on your My List tab by referring MD using the Filter button. Previously, the Filter button could only be used to filter the My List tab at a specific status (that is, at a specific Next Step in the referral workflow). For details, click here.
A new button Edit Date now displays after a previously set appointment date has passed. Previously, you could not edit this date once it was passed.

The View Partners eCare Chart button is now highlighted in pink if the patient's most recent visit was with a provider using Epic and if you have not yet clicked the button.
The Summary screen now includes a link for “Risk for ESRD” to predict the risk for the patient for chronic kidney disease (applies to pilot users only). Clicking this link displays a CKD Risk Prediction Model website.
The tab previously labeled as All has been renamed Practice&My.
A new tab is added, labeled Colleagues. It displays all favorites saved by your colleagues to their personal lists.
Fields added to the Care Plan module with the last release can now be imported into Notes. These fields are added to meet the requirements of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance).
You can now order
Shared Decision Making (SDM) videos from the Health Monitoring
grid for the following entries: Depression Screening, Colonoscopy,
Sigmoidoscopy, and PSA. Do so by clicking the
icon next to the entry name.
The Home Page for Patient Gateway now displays an “Update Consent” link to allow patients to indicate whether to allow their clinical information to be transmitted over the MA HIway. This link does not display if consent for the patient has already been recorded, and is currently displayed on a temporary basis (pending review of usage by product management).
