Clicking the Scanned Unacknowledged link from the Document Management module lists scanned documents awaiting your acknowledgement. Specifically, this queue lists documents that have been scanned meeting the following conditions:
You are identified as the Author (or you have authorization to sign on the behalf of that provider)
The "Should be acknowledged" check box is selected
To acknowledge any document and remove it from your queue, click the View link display it, and then click Acknowledge/Ok or Acknowledge/Next. You do not need to click Sign to save your update.

quickly move between multiple documents requiring your acknowledgement,
click the .
To "error out" any document, click Error and select a reason. You must click Sign and type your key to complete this update.
Note: Scanned documents can also be viewed from your Final status queue as well as from the Notes module for the associated patient.
