You can add a To Do item as a reminder to complete a specified task by a specified date. If you have not manually indicated that the task is completed by the specified due date, the task becomes overdue and the Results Manager flags the item.
Add To Do items as follows:
1. If you haven't already, go to the Result Manager module and click a letter or letters in the CDR Results column for the visit.
2. Click the To Do tab.
Note: If you had been viewing another provider's queue from the Result Manager module (from the Desktop menu), you will be adding a To Do item for that provider.
3. Select the Start and Due dates for the item.
4. Type text for the To Do item.
5. If you previously selected a patient and the item is related to that patient, leave the Attached Patient check box selected. If the item is not related to any patient, deselect the check box. If the item is related to any other patient or to multiple patients, click Attach Patient to find the patient or patients.
6. Click Ok.
7. Click Sign (F10). Type your key and click Sign.
