Notes - Pediatric clinics can now create form-based notes to document patient visits. These notes allow detailed notes to be created with a minimum of typing. Pediatric notes are created supplied templates, tailored to the needs of each pediatric practice. See Creating Pediatric Visit Notes for additional information.
Immunizations - Changes include:
- Multiple doses for a single immunization can now be entered on the same screen. To access this feature, click on the name of the immunization on the immunization grid.
- Lots for immunizations can now be entered independently of patient administrations, better supporting practice workflow. Doing so also allows fields for Manufacturer and Expiration Date to be automatically populated, saving time during data entry for immunization administrations. See Maintaining Lots for additional information.
- VIS Published Dates can now be maintained via the Lot Maintenance screen.
Health Maintenance - The health maintenance grid has been updated to include specific items for pediatric patients (such as hemacrit, blood lead level, and hemoglobin). Additionally, LDL, HDL, and triglyceride values will now display as unique items on the grid for adult patients.
Reports - A new report has been added to allow pediatric practices to generate reports on demand based on information in the LMR for camps, schools, and day care centers. See Printing a Pediatric Health Form Report for additional information.
