Vital Signs

Vital signs display only if entered into the LMR using the Flowsheet or Health Monitoring module. Vital signs displayed include the following:

• BP (blood pressure)

• Pulse

• Resp (respiratory rate)

• Temp (temperature)

• Height

• Weight

The entry "N/A" displays if the latest vital signs entered did not include a specific category, such as an entry for pulse. To update vital signs, go to the Flowsheets module.
