Viewing Guidelines or Vaccine Information Statements

To view immunization guidelines from the CDC, click the Guidelines drop-down list, and select one of the following

• 0 - 6 years

• 7-18 years

• Adult

• Catch up

To view Vaccine Information Statements from the CDC, click VIS. You will need to navigate within the CDC website to locate a specific VIS.
