1. If you haven't already, go to the Health Monitoring module.
Note:
Items are organized in Health Monitoring sections. Click the 
to the left of any section name to expand it or click the 
to
collapse it.
2. Click the date of the health monitoring item you want to display. The LMR displays a new window, with details for the most recent entry for the item at the bottom and a list of all previous entries at the top. Details include not only the result for that item, but any provider comments related to that result.
Note: Provider comments entered for CDR-based results display on a secondary line for the entry when displayed in the Health Monitoring grid. You may need to move your mouse pointer over the Comments column to view the complete text.
To display details for any previous entry, click the link for the date.
If the item includes previous edited versions, click History. The LMR displays a list of all edited versions for the health monitoring item. For a paper copy of the displayed information, click the Print button.
