Click the
next to the patient's name to view information about the currently selected patient (for LMR from the CAS, click Pt Details in the upper right corner).
Information includes the date of birth, address (with home, work, and mobile phone numbers), PCP, insurance, and so on. Click More Demographics to display details such as alternative name or names (Alias), employer, and related MRNs.
Many sites maintain their own demographic information. The information is displayed in separate tabs on the upper left side of the screen. The upper right side displays data for the selected site. To view data from another site, select a different tab, if available.
Note: A yellow dot designates the most recently updated item.
A site-based visit list is available on the lower left side of the Patient Detail window. The most recent visit from the site is selected by default. The visit data on the right side of the screen is displayed for the selected visit.
To print information from the Patient Details window, click

to preview before printing.

To view information about another patient, you must first select that patient.
