The following steps may be necessary to ensure all necessary note components can be properly downloaded. These steps apply only to users accessing the LMR on a computer with Windows XP, Service Pack 2 (either from a home computer through VPN or an office computer).
1. Identify which content zone your computer uses to access the LMR. This can be determined by looking in the lower right corner of the Internet Explorer status bar.
2. Access the settings for that content zone.
3. Update the following settings in the ActiveX and plug-ins section, as necessary:

Disable. However, you can set to Enable if *.partners.org is added to the pop-up blocker exception list. This exception list is located on the Privacy tab, accessed by clicking the Settings button. |
Note: Resetting the Pop-up Blocker security setting is required for proper functioning of the LMR.
5. Leave all other setting set to their defaults and click OK.
