The Transaction report provides a day-by-day listing of all users who have updated the medical record for the currently selected patient. This list displays in reverse chronological order (most recent items first).
The banner of the printed report includes the patient's name, date of birth, address, patient ID, PCP, insurance, and home/work phone numbers.
By clicking linked text, you can display increasing levels of detail regarding each user and medical record updated.
