The LMR displays a reminder at the bottom of the initial Oncology screen if you have any unsigned data from a previous session. The reminder includes a link for each patient's name for which data exists.
Click this link to display a "scratch pad" of unsigned updates, with a check box preceding a brief description of each update. These updates are not currently reflected in the patient's flowsheet.
To sign all updates, enter your key and click Sign.
To remove any updates before signing, click the 
to the right of each entry. Then, sign the updates that you do want to keep by typing your key and clicking Sign.
