1. If you haven't already, go to the Clinical Messages (or Mail Center) module. The Active queue of either your Clinical Messages or Patient Requests displays. Depending on whether you want to show your sent Clinical Messages or Patient Requests, you may need to click the appropriate tab.
2. Click Sent. The LMR displays a list of messages that you have sent in the past 30 days.
3. Click the subject associated with the message to display it. Click Cancel to return to the list of messages.
4. To recall a message, click the check box next to the associated message, and click Recall Message. A popup box displays. Select if you would like to be notified if the recall was successful. Then click Ok (ALT+O)
5. To return to the list of active messages, click Active.
