Scanning Troubleshooting

License Error

Some scanning sites experience licensing problems if their scanning workstation is not used for more than five days. To ensure that you do not receive a license error, someone from your site must log into the PC at the scanning workstation every day and keep the PC running for half an hour.

Problems with Finding Documents in CDR Results Modules

Documents saved with a subject of "Report" display in CDR Results modules (such as Results Web) in the "Scanned" category. Documents saved with any other subject, display in the "Notes" category.
