Saving a Copy of the System Default

1.   From the Custom Previsit Form main screen, click Add New.

2.   Enter a name for the form (such as "System Default") in the associated field at the top of the screen.

3.   Enter a description of the form (such as "A copy of the system default").

4.   Click Save.

5.   The form name auto populates. Select your practice or subset.

6.   Click Save.
