Click this option if you want this EOV template to be available for use from the EOV module from the Patient Chart menu. You can maintain your list of available EOV templates using the Module Preferences button from the main Custom Template Builder screen.
Note: This option only displays if you have previously maintained your target list of custom EOV templates.
