Save to Modules

Click this option if you want this header to be available for use from the Header drop-down list when building EOV forms. You can maintain your list of available EOV form headers using the Module Preferences button from the main EOV Form Headers screen.

Note: This option only displays if you have previously maintained your target list of custom EOV form headers.
