The Review Med List module allows non-prescribing providers a way to communicate changes that need to be made to a patient's list of medications to prescribing providers.
For example, as part of a visit, a medical assistant might find out about medications that a patient is no longer taking or that need to be renewed (such as by interviewing the patient or by having the patient mark up his or her existing Medications List). This module allows that medical assistant a way to communicate this information to providers at his or her practice in a way that makes it easy to subsequently incorporate those changes to the patient's record.
