Printing problems have been reported for printing notes to HP 2200 or 4100 series printers. If you are using one of these printers and are having printing problems, do the following:
1. Select Start, Settings, and Printers.
2. Right-click the HP LaserJet 2200 (or HP LaserJet 4100) icon.
3. Select Properties.
4. Select the Finishing tab.
Note: On some workstations, the Finishing tab may be accessed by clicking the Printing Preferences button on the General tab.
5. Select Custom in the print quality box.
6. Select Details to the right of Custom.
7. In Font Settings, check Send True Type as Bitmaps.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Apply.
10. Click OK.
11. Reprint the note.
