The Report Central module, accessed from the Reports menu, allows you to see a variety of reports based on your patient panel. Medical directors can view practice-level reports for their defined clinics. For a list of reports, click here.
Note: Only the medical director of each practice has access to practice-level views of the same reports with additional reporting on aggregate measures.
The Report Central screen opens in a new window. You must keep the LMR application window open while navigating through the report. Closing the LMR window will close the Report Central window at the same time. Clicking a patient's name from any report displays the Patient Summary screen for that patient in the LMR application window.
Information in these reports is updated monthly and is cumulative data. When first displayed, the report includes all data up to the last monthly date. The LMR data cut-off date is indicated on the report by "Through MM/DD/YYY." For each report, the Report Central screen indicates your last viewed report date range.
