Report Central - Smoking Report

The Smoking Report identifies your patients who are diagnosed as smokers or past smokers, as well as those patients who may be smokers but are not documented in the LMR. This report also provides clinical information relevant to patient care for smokers, such as listing of smoking medications, vital signs, listing of co-morbidities, and indication of personal history of cancer.

Note: The medical director view of the Smoking Report displays the practice panel of patients with smoking diagnosis (and potential diagnosis) and the same relevant clinical information as seen in the provider view. In addition, the medical director view shows percentage of patients who have documented smoking status and percentage of patients without documentation of smoking status for the entire practice.
