The Problems Report includes a frequency distribution of all problems diagnosed for your panel of patients, as entered in the LMR. It includes all problems for your patients, regardless of who entered them.
Note: The medical director view of the Problems Report displays the frequency distribution of all problems diagnosed for the practice. Additionally, the practice-level view can be displayed with frequency distribution of problems grouped by providers in the practice.
To access the Problems Report, go to Report Central from the Reports menu, and click the associated link.
