The Immunization Report identifies your pediatric patients under 7 years old who are overdue for well-child immunizations. This report is not meant to replace existing records of immunization schedules, but to serve as a monthly snapshot of vaccination data with the CDC guidelines as a benchmark.
Note: The medical director view of the Overdue Immunization Report displays the practice panel of patients with overdue immunization status along with the same relevant clinical information as the provider view. In addition, the medical director view shows total sum of overdue vaccines by doses for the entire practice.
To access the Immunization Report, go to Report Central from the Reports menu, and click the associated link.
