At any time while creating a structured note, you can add or rearrange the sections or subsections within the note as follows:
Adding Sections
1. Click Add Section. The LMR displays a list of available sections.
2. Click the check box to the left of the sections you want to add.
3. Click Ok.
Reordering Sections
1. Click ReOrder.
2. Click any section or subsection displayed on the left.
3. Click First or Last, to move the selected section or subsection to the beginning or end of the note, or Up or Down to move the section incrementally.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each section or subsection you want to move.
5. Click Done.
